I think this is important and relevent. I hope it's included!
We talk a great deal about the socialization of place & we don't feel that people use use place nearly enough. Places like the Burton store in Soho use their weekend skiing trips to help drive people to join their mailing list and social networks. It's a great idea. Good luck!
